Q: Does Landmark carry both abridged and unabridged titles?
A: Yes, we have a wide variety of titles in both areas.

Q: How much of my library's collection may I exchange?
A: You may exchange up to one third of your collection.

Q: How do we know when it is time to place a new order?
A: You may exchange as often as every three months. A simple reminder is when you receive your quarterly supplement mailing.

Q: Do we need to send our audiobooks back before we place an order?
A: No. Send your order in and wait until you have received your new books. Once your order arrives, you have 30 days to send back your return books. That way, there is not a gap in your collection. We will include your return mailing label with your new order.

Q: Can we print a copy of the order we have sent through the website?
A: Yes - most computer operating systems offer the ability to "print screen." Once you've placed an order, you can print the shopping cart screen. In addition, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Q: Where can we place our stickers or security strips?
A: Anywhere on the case is fine. Please do not put stickers or security strips on the CDs, cassettes or artwork.

Q: What should we do if our profile statement is incorrect?
A: Phone, fax, or email your discrepancies to us and our customer service department will be happy to help you. Please contact us as soon as you notice the problem so it doesn't carry over to your next profile statement. It may take us some time to input your returns, so don't be alarmed if books you have returned show up on your next profile statement.

Q: What should I do about audiobooks that have been in my collection for 15 consecutive months?
A: Once you've kept a book in your collection for 15 consecutive months, it becomes part of your permanent collection. There is no additional charge for the book. You may select another titles to replace the "kept" book in your leased collection.

Q: Are there references available for your lease and purchase programs?
A: Yes, several. Please call your Landmark representative for a list of libraries.
